Returns & Exchanges

At Klay The Label, we want you to love your pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your returns portal confirmation.

Drop Off Your Return

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days.
